Yes, each level builds on the previous one. You must complete Foundation before Practitioner, and Practitioner before Trainer. However, you can take as much time as you need between levels.

How long do I have to complete each certification?

You have 12 months from enrollment to complete Foundation or Practitioner certificates, and 18 months for the Trainer certificate. Extensions are available if needed.
